Infiniti of San Jose is looking to add an Automotive Contracts Clerk to our fast-growing independently owned dealer group. The Contracts Clerk will perform a wide range of administrative duties, including posting new and used car deals in accounting, managing dealer trades, processing payoffs, scheduling reconciliations, and handling vehicle documentation. This role is crucial in ensuring that all contracts are processed accurately and efficiently, particularly at the end of the month when deadlines are tight. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing new and used vehicle contracts in a timely manner, especially during month-end closing. They will also be tasked with paying off trade vehicles as soon as funding is received, processing dealer trades, reconciling flooring, and maintaining clean schedules. Additionally, the Contracts Clerk will cancel and reconcile warranties, manage commissions and bonuses, and process wholesale sales. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and is capable of conducting thorough research and follow-through on tasks.
