The right candidate has a strong work ethic, takes pride in delivering high-quality results, and is motivated to bring vehicles back to pre-accident condition. Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in automotive refinishing or collision repair
- Ability to comply with respirator and safety mask fit requirements
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship
Responsibilities
- Restore assigned vehicles to manufacturer-quality finish using refinishing procedures and repair orders
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve precise OEM standards for application, curing, and material use
- Follow paint manufacturer processes and guidelines to ensure accurate refinishing
- Assist in prep work as needed to meet production goals
- Ensure all paint operations, masking, and reassembly are completed thoroughly before returning vehicles to technicians
- Adhere to hazardous waste disposal regulations and safety standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
- Perform other duties related to vehicle refinishing and repair as assigned
