Automotive Collision General Manager
About The Position
Our client is seeking a Collision General Manager to step into an immediate opening and handle a wide range of responsibilities. These duties may include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the center, managing risk, supporting teammate growth, tracking client-related metrics, and ensuring smooth production and administrative processes. This role also involves recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent, as well as analyzing both current and prior financial performance to identify trends and areas for improvement. The Collision General Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all vehicle repairs are completed thoroughly, safely, and profitably, while adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), insurance partner requirements, and established industry standards.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Collision Management Experience
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Advanced understanding of Collision Estimatics
- Must have prior experience with CCC1
- Advance understanding and knowledge of the repair process/procedures
- Be able to understand instructions – written and verbal
- Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
- Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers
- Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.
