About The Position
Responsibilities: Assist customers who are waiting for their vehicles to be serviced Accurately process customer payments Ensure customer confidentiality Assist with answering/routing of incoming calls Other duties as assigned Bank run-company provided vehicle Scanning documents Requirements: Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Outgoing personality with superior customer service skills Computer literate Accurate with 10-key and typing Self motivated Organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to multi task Work rotating Saturdays (7am-1pm) Valid Driver’s License What We Offer: Starting wage-$16-18/hr (DOE) Health, Dental, Life, Flex Spending Benefits 401k (with company match) Ford Incentives
