About The Position

This entry-level role is ideal for someone who is organized, punctual, and committed to delivering a seamless, world-class experience for our clients. In this dual role, you’ll help schedule appointments, manage the checkout process, and ensure every client interaction reflects the prestige and excellence of the Mercedes-Benz brand.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Basic mathematical aptitude
  • Clear and concise communication skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to independently problem solve.

  • Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Accurately process payments and transactions
  • Maintain precise records and balance the cash drawer daily

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients scheduling service appointments
  • Coordinate schedules efficiently while offering personalized service recommendations
  • Ensure clients feel valued, informed, and supported throughout their visit
