Requirements

A sixth sense for what’s hot in the used car market.
Negotiation and communication skills that could charm the wheels off a rig.
A sharp eye for assessing vehicle condition and value.
Tech -savvy skills with social media (MarketPlace, AutoTrader, Etc.), auction platforms, and other CRM.
A strong sense of self motivation and integrity to hit your goals and grow with the company.
A valid driver’s license and a clean record to hit the road running

Nice To Haves

Deep knowledge of used cars, market trends/values, and mechanics.
The ability to make quick, bold decisions that keep us in the fast lane.

Responsibilities

Chase down prime vehicles at auctions, from private sellers, or through trade -ins like a pro.
Scope out market trends and customer vibes to stock what’s in demand.
Work your negotiation magic to score unbeatable deals.
Team up with our sales and finance crews to keep our inventory top -notch.
Build connections with suppliers, auction houses, and industry insiders.
Keep our records razor -sharp and ensure everything’s on the up -and -up with regulations.
