About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Receive, respond to, and distribute internet leads.
  • Provide general product and pricing information to guests.
  • Handle guest inquiries with a focus on 100% satisfaction.
  • Call, text, and email customers to establish appointment dates and times.
  • Project a friendly and helpful demeanor while answering questions.
  • Maintain and communicate exceptional product and inventory knowledge.
  • Gather and track guest data accurately in the BDC database.
  • Utilize email templates and phone scripts to address customer inquiries.
  • Work closely with other BDC Representatives in a team environment.
  • Facilitate timely follow-up on all internet leads as directed.
  • Participate in departmental and dealership meetings.
