About The Position

This role is all about building relationships, managing leads, and setting the stage for a great customer experience from the very first touchpoint. What You’ll Be Doing Responding quickly and professionally to inbound leads via phone, email, text, and online inquiries Managing and prioritizing leads to ensure timely, thoughtful follow-up Connecting with customers to understand their needs and help guide their buying journey Sharing information about vehicles, services, and current promotions Highlighting features, benefits, and value in a clear, engaging way Collaborating with the BDC team, sales staff, and other departments to drive results Keeping accurate, up-to-date notes in our CRM system Staying informed on market trends, inventory, and competitor offerings Jumping in on other duties as needed—we’re one team here What We’re Looking For Sales or customer service experience (automotive or BDC experience is a plus!)
