Requirements
- Automotive BDC/Internet Sales experience required
- Strong phone presence and objection handling
- High activity, high accountability, high standards
- CRM-driven and process-focused
- Competitive, self-motivated, and coachable
- Comfortable in a performance-based environment
Responsibilities
- Attack inbound and outbound leads (calls, texts, emails)
- Set, confirm, and show quality appointments
- Lead by example with strong phone skills and urgency
- Enforce CRM discipline and follow-up processes
- Work directly with Sales Management to maximize close rates
- Track results, not excuses
