Clift Buick GMC is seeking a Skilled Automotive Body Shop Technician to join our high-volume, fast-paced collision center. We operate one of the largest and busiest auto body repair facilities in Lenawee County, with steady year-round work and multiple direct repair relationships. Requirements
- 2+ Years of Automotive Body Shop Technician Experience (Required)
- Must supply own tools and equipment
- Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills
- Valid Driver’s License
- Must pass background check & physical
Nice To Haves
- I-CAR Certification & Michigan Motor Vehicle Certificate (Preferred)
Responsibilities
- Execute welding, soldering, body alignment, sanding, buffing, and paint preparation
- Operate all collision center equipment safely and properly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Consistently deliver high-quality workmanship on every job
- Accurately document all work performed upon completion
- Follow all federal, state, and local environmental and safety regulations
- Work collaboratively with technicians, estimators, and management
