Requirements

Ideal candidate will have 2 years of previous estimating experience
Strong background in customer service and excellent organizational skills
Ability to read/interpret documents such as safety rules, operating, and maintenance instructions and procedures manual
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Writing estimates and invoicing repairs
Determining feasibility of repair vs. replacement of parts, such as bumpers, fenders, and doors
Preparing insurance forms to indicate repair cost estimate and recommendations
Assisting customers with their needs
Occasionally maneuver around and underneath damaged vehicles
