About The Position

Automotive Biller – $24–$28/hr – Full Time (Mon–Sat, Wednesdays Off) VIP Automotive Group – Long Island, NY Huntington Volvo part of the VIP Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Automotive Biller to join our fast‑paced, professional team. This position includes front desk coverage on Saturdays.

Requirements

Automotive billing experience
Strong knowledge of DMV rules & processes
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

CDK experience a plus (will train)

Responsibilities

Process all billings timely, including new and used retail, wholesale, and swaps
Process DMV paperwork within regulated time frames
Package all funding contracts and log deals being sent to accounting
Enter information into VERIFY system
Stock new and used vehicle inventory
Maintain up-to-date police, plate, and in-transit books per NYS regulations
Ensure deal compliance before releasing DMV documents to sales/finance
Post wholesale deals within 24 hours prior to sending to accounting
Maintain a DMV log including issues, concerns, or missing documents
Submit check requests for DMV refunds to accounting with registration copies
Assist General Manager/Controller with DMV processes and procedures as needed
Process rebates
Handle NVDR/RDR vehicles
