About The Position

Flow Automotive Companies is seeking a part-time, dependable, and detail-oriented Bid Lot Assistant to support daily operations on the dealership bid lot. This role is responsible for assisting with vehicle organization, inventory accuracy, vehicle movement coordination, and overall lot presentation. The ideal candidate is highly organized, safety-conscious, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Adhere to company safety policies when moving vehicles
• Applicants must pass a pre-employment drug screening

Responsibilities

• Assist with organizing, staging, and maintaining vehicle inventory on the bid lot
• Move vehicles as directed while ensuring proper documentation and tracking
• Perform basic lot organization to ensure vehicles are clean, accessible, and properly displayed
• Maintain a good and professional relationship with all of our dealerships and customers
• Coordinate with dealerships and management teams as needed
• Help support inventory accuracy
• Keep a safe and orderly lot environment at all times
