Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license & clean MVR
- 2+ years automotive shop management experience
- 1+ year in service advisor role or proven ability to sell
- Strong leadership, performance management, and P&L experience
- Ability to motivate, solve problems, and deliver results
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of shop operations
- Build lasting customer relationships based on trust
- Sell repairs and services to help the shop hit sales goals
- Drive team performance and uphold company standards
