As a BDC Representative, you will play a vital role in connecting with customers, generating leads, and scheduling appointments to drive business to our dealership.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively over the phone, email, and online chat.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software to manage leads and customer interactions.
- High level of motivation and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer service and creating positive experiences for customers.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound inquiries from customers via phone, email, and online chat in a prompt and professional manner.
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs, answer questions, and provide information about our products and services.
- Proactively reach out to existing and potential customers to follow up on leads and schedule appointments for test drives and vehicle purchases.
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track and manage leads, appointments, and follow-up activities.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies to increase lead generation and conversion rates.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with customers to foster long-term relationships and drive customer loyalty.
- Stay informed about our inventory, promotions, and dealership events to effectively communicate information to customers.
