Automotive BDC Representative/Call Center
About The Position
Ben Mynatt Family of Dealerships is seeking to hire Business Development/Customer Care Representatives to work in our sales BDC. Must have strong phone and computer skills. The ideal candidate will be completely comfortable talking to someone on the phone and answering e-mails and texts with the intention of setting an appointment. Previous experience in automotive is helpful but not required for this position. This is a Full-time position that offers excellent compensation and a great working environment. The work schedule for this position requires some evenings and Saturdays.
Requirements

- Willing to train the right candidate.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check; and have a valid driver's license.
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
Responsibilities
- Respond to all customer inquiries in a timely fashion
- Update CRM with notes.
- Follow up by phone, email, and text
- Prospect previous customers by offering current Programs / Specials / Promotions.
- Make outgoing calls daily
- Handle incoming sales calls answering customer questions and setting appointments
