Requirements
- Previous automotive BDC or car sales experience preferred
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Customer service and sales - oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a fast - paced environment
- Self - motivated with strong work ethic
- Bilingual (English/ Spanish) is a plus
Responsibilities
- Respond to internet leads, phone calls, and customer inquiries promptly
- Follow up with potential customers through phone, text, and email
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system
- Build relationships with customer and provide excellent service
- Work closely with the sales team to help drive dealership sales
