Wright Rd, Eagle, MI 48822 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST Pay Range: $55,000 – $65,000 annually + bonus opportunities Keusch Auto is seeking an experienced Automotive Assistant Service Manager to join our team in Eagle, MI . This position acts as the bridge between customers, technicians, and the Service Manager—ensuring smooth operations, excellent customer service, and shop performance goals are met. Requirements
- 3+ years of leadership experience in a retail and/or automotive service environment.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.
- High School Diploma or GED.
Responsibilities
- Be the main contact for customers—explain repairs, costs, and timelines.
- Assist the Service Manager with scheduling and workflow.
- Support and supervise service advisors and technicians.
- Maintain accurate service records and track KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
