The Automotive Assistant Service Center Manager will play a crucial role in building trust and winning repeat, loyal customers. This position involves assisting the Service Center Manager in the daily operation and oversight of the location, ensuring effective inventory, labor management, and financial performance. The Assistant Manager will also become familiar with Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) compliance and other policies and procedures. Mentoring, leading, and training the team to optimize their development is a key responsibility, along with maintaining a clean, well-organized service center and facilitating a safe and secure working environment. Providing superior customer service leadership is essential.
