The Automotive Assistant Service Center Manager is responsible for assisting the Service Center Manager in the daily operation and oversight of the location. This role involves building trust and winning repeat, loyal customers, managing inventory, labor, and financial performance, and ensuring compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) policies. The Assistant Manager will mentor, lead, and train the team to optimize their development while maintaining a clean, organized service center and facilitating a safe working environment.
