About The Position

As an Automotive Assistant Service Center Manager, you will play a crucial role in building trust and winning repeat, loyal customers. You will assist the Service Center Manager in the daily operation and oversight of the location, ensuring that all aspects of the service center run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include managing inventory, labor, and financial performance, as well as becoming familiar with Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) compliance and other policies and procedures. You will also mentor, lead, and train the team to optimize their development, help maintain a clean and well-organized service center, and facilitate a safe and secure working environment. Providing superior customer service leadership will be a key part of your role.

Requirements

• Management experience preferred (Military experience is a major plus)
• Automotive experience (six months or more preferred)
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and climb stairs
• Full mobility to twist, stoop, and bend
• Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills
