The Automotive Assistant Manager will assist the Store Manager with daily store operations and procedures. This role involves meeting or exceeding performance targets by understanding and following company strategies. The Assistant Manager will confidently recommend, sell, advise, and provide exceptional customer service to guests. Training will be provided to become product experts in selling tires and wheels, in addition to services and repairs. Adherence to American Tire Depot's sales strategy and core values is essential to create life-long customers.
