Requirements
- 3+ years of automotive detailing or reconditioning experience
- Strong leadership, organization, and time-management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
- Flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends
- High School Diploma or GED (college degree a plus)

Responsibilities
- Support the Detail Manager with daily department operations
- Supervise and guide detailers, washers, and reconditioners
- Maintain efficient workflow for vehicle check-in, deliveries, and lot management
- Manage inventory and supplies responsibly
- Maintain quality control and safety standards
- Assist with detailing as needed
