Responsibilities

• Learn and fully execute our System of Operation – Understand it and deliver it consistently – every customer, every time.
• Perform all positions below the assistant manager position.
• Manage all aspects of center operation to the highest standards of quality and profitability including customer interactions, service, and satisfaction.
• Handle hiring and all aspects of good employee management.
• Manage service bay operations.
• Oversee inventory management, ordering, and stocking.
• Conduct daily accounting management.
• Maintain POS system.
• Ensure safety & warranty prevention.
• Focus on bottom-line profitability.
• Build and lead a team of service-oriented technicians.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Participate in building strong center awareness and community connections.
