Responsibilities

• Assist in diagnosing and repairing automotive issues under the supervision of a certified technician.

• Help with the repair and maintenance of diesel engines and other mechanical components.
• Utilize automotive electrical systems knowledge to assist in troubleshooting electrical issues.
• Learn to read and interpret schematics for various vehicle systems.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle needs.
• Support the service technician team in auto estimating and preparing vehicles for service.
• Help other technicians with keeping the shop clean at all times.
