About The Position

Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices is seeking full-time Automotive Alignment Technicians to join their team at state-of-the-art automotive service, repair, and tire sales centers in the Patterson, NY area. Automotive Alignment Technicians utilize the latest equipment to align newly-mounted tires and wheels on customer vehicles. This involves measuring and adjusting caster, camber, toe, and thrust angles to reduce tire wear and ensure vehicles travel straight and true. In addition to alignment, technicians are responsible for completing state-mandated inspections, performing oil and filter changes, flat repairs, and other required automotive services or vehicle repairs to customer vehicles.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age
Be legally authorized to work in the United States
Possess 1 year of experience and/or training in dismounting, mounting, rotating and balancing tires or any combination of education, training and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position

Nice To Haves

Possess a state inspection license

Responsibilities
