Automotive Alignment Technicians
About The Position
Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices is seeking full-time Automotive Alignment Technicians to join their team in the Tifton, GA area. These technicians will utilize the latest equipment to align newly-mounted tires and wheels on customer vehicles. Their responsibilities include measuring and adjusting caster, camber, toe, and thrust angles to minimize tire wear and ensure vehicles track straight. Additionally, Alignment Technicians will perform state-mandated inspections, oil and filter changes, flat repairs, and other necessary automotive services or vehicle repairs.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Possess 1 year of experience and/or training in dismounting, mounting, rotating and balancing tires or any combination of education, training and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position

- Possess a state inspection license
Responsibilities
- Use the latest equipment to align newly-mounted tires and wheels on customer's vehicles
- Measure and adjust caster, camber, toe and thrust angles to reduce customer's tire wear and ensure serviced vehicles travel straight and true
- Complete state-mandated inspections
- Perform oil and filter changes
- Perform flat repairs
- Perform any other required automotive service or vehicle repairs to customer vehicles
