About The Position

Glendale Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Automotive Administrator to support our growing dealership. This role is perfect for someone with strong administrative skills, a passion for the automotive industry, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. For over 50 years , we have been a trusted part of the St. Louis community , leading the way in customer satisfaction and dealership excellence . Now, we’re looking for a motivated individual to help keep our operations running smoothly .

Requirements

Prior administrative experience in the automotive industry preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and dealership management software ( DealerTrack experience a plus! )
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with multiple departments
A customer-focused mindset and a positive attitude
Valid driver’s license required
Must pass pre-employment drug test, background check, and driving record screening (Once a conditional offer of employment is given.)

Responsibilities

Managing dealership documentation, reports, and records
Processing vehicle sales, title documentation, and incentive paperwork
Ensuring accuracy and compliance with dealership and manufacturer policies
Coordinating with sales, service, and finance departments to streamline administrative tasks
Communicating with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions
Maintaining organized and accurate files for dealership operations
Handling data entry, invoice processing, and general office duties
Providing support to management with reporting and tracking dealership performance
