About The Position

Protech Automotive Solutions is seeking highly talented, dedicated, and quality-focused individuals for a Protech Calibration Technician Apprentice role. This paid apprenticeship provides mentorship and training to teach candidates how to perform a wide range of Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) Calibrations by following OE specifications and repair standards. Apprentices will gain confidence as a calibration technician across various manufacturers. Initial training is provided by Protech, along with a robust virtual support team and continuing education on new vehicle technology. The goal is to graduate from a Calibration Technician Apprentice to either a Protech Calibration Technician or On-Site Calibration by the end of the 7th month in this role. Protech Automotive Solutions has been in business for over 20 years, handling multiple types of repairs, including hands-on mechanical repair and replacement of suspension, drive modules, and frames, as well as diagnostic opportunities requiring advanced knowledge of complicated computerized vehicle control systems. They also handle soft touch repair and replacement of delicate vehicle interior trim components. Protech offers a fast-paced work environment with challenging advanced skill development, supplying its team with the latest computerized diagnostic equipment, factory diagnostic and programming software components, and tools. Requirements

• Be at least 21+ years of age
• Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our insurance policy
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks
• Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
• Be able to understand instructions – written and verbal
• Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
