Automotive ADAS Calibration Technician Apprentice
About The Position
Protech Automotive Solutions is seeking a highly talented, dedicated, and quality-focused individual for a Protech Calibration Technician Apprentice role. This is a paid apprenticeship offering mentorship and training to learn how to perform a wide range of Advanced Driver Assistance System Calibrations following OE specifications and repair standards. Apprentices will gain confidence as calibration technicians across various manufacturers. Initial training is provided by Protech, along with robust virtual support and continuing education on new vehicle technology. The goal is to graduate from an Apprentice to either a Protech Calibration Technician or On-Site Calibration by the end of the 7th month. Protech Automotive Solutions has over 20 years of experience in various repairs, including mechanical repair and replacement of suspension, drive modules, and frames, as well as diagnostic opportunities requiring advanced knowledge of computerized vehicle control systems and soft touch repair of interior trim components. The company offers a fast-paced work environment with challenging advanced skill development, providing the latest computerized diagnostic equipment, factory diagnostic and programming software components, and tools. Requirements
- Be at least 21+ years of age
- Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our insurance policy
- Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks
- Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs
- Be able to understand instructions – written and verbal
- Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
