Flow Automotive Companies is seeking an Automotive Accounts Receivable Clerk. Previous accounting or dealership experience preferred. Candidates must have a strong understanding of accounts receivable processes, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. Responsibilities

  • Process and track receivables from manufacturers, lenders, an customers
  • Post and reconcile cash receipts, including checks and credit card payments
  • Prepare and maintain accurate AR aging reports
  • Work closely with sales, F&I, accounting, and management teams
  • Maintain organized and accurate financial records in dealership accounting systems
  • Assist with month-end closing and audit preparation as needed
  • Have the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
