Our success is built on delivering world-class service—and that begins with our exceptional team members. We are seeking a detail-oriented Entry-Level Payroll Clerk to join our accounting team. This position will primarily support payroll operations while also assisting with coverage across other accounting desks as needed. Position Summary The Payroll Clerk is responsible for accurately processing payroll and providing accounting and administrative support to the Comptroller. This role requires strict confidentiality, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Prior payroll processing experience required
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Process weekly and semi-monthly payroll accurately and on time
• Assist with new employee onboarding and orientation
• Maintain strict confidentiality of payroll and employee information
• Provide accounting and administrative support to the Comptroller
• Create, maintain, and update Excel spreadsheets, including formulas and reports
• Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced accounting office
