About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Warranty Administrator to join our dealer group. This position involves managing warranty claims, processing cancellations, and ensuring proper documentation and reconciliation of warranty receivables. The role can be full-time or part-time for the right candidate, with a focus on accuracy and customer service.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Excel, no exceptions
  • Familiar with Reynolds is a plus
  • Proven experience in warranty administration or related field is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

Nice To Haves

  • Bi-lingual is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Handle cancellations email - review/process requested cancellations on a daily basis.
  • Ensure all relevant paperwork is available to ensure proper documentation of claims submitted.
  • Add comments regarding cancellation information.
  • Receive refund checks from Product Vendors.
  • Deposit the checks and post the entry in Reynolds and Reynolds.
  • Process cancellation refunds.
  • Ensure the checks for Flat Cancellations go to the proper accounts.
  • Reconcile the warranty receivables.
  • Follow up on payment of outstanding claims.
  • At month end, review Lenders' chargebacks.
  • Post the Month-end entry for FI chargebacks.
  • Process Flat Cancellations.
  • Upload assigned schedules.
  • Other duties as assigned.
