About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounting Clerk to support our dealership operations. This role involves managing key aspects of wholesales, CVPs, vehicle purchases, flooring, inventory reconciliation, and internal financial processes. The ideal candidate is Proficient in dealership management systems such as CDK and knowledge with Netstar is highly valued. Understands dealership operations and can effectively balance accounting tasks. We are willing to train motivated candidates in areas that may be unfamiliar.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in automotive accounting, inventory, or dealership operations.
• Working knowledge of CDK, Netstar, Advent, or similar dealership management systems.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and audit own work for accuracy.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Post vehicle deals, manage title work, and handle payment processing for wholesale transactions.
• Process accounting for New to CVP and CVP to Used transactions.
• Track and record ACVs and write downs accurately.
• Maintain clean and accurate schedules for New, Used, Wholesale, CVP, and Due Bill accounts.
• Process vehicle purchases from street buys, auctions, and DPP sources.
• Audit own paperwork to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Manage flooring activities, including advancing, paying off units, and handling flooring audits.
• Coordinate and process transportation invoices and bills of lading (BOLs).
• Set up payments for vehicle delivery and logistics, including new car deliveries.
• Charge spiffs accurately to vehicles and maintain documentation for commission vouchers.
• Reconcile inventory data across Advent, Netstar, CDK, and dealership websites.
• Process MSS and CVP credits through MB Netstar EFT systems.
• Support dealer trades and DMV desk tasks as needed.
• Assist with Netstar inventory management and processing trade-ins.
• Assist with any necessary tasks needed to support accounting team.
