About The Position
We are seeking career motivated individuals to join our team in Oklahoma City! Inter-Rail Transport is contracted by our Class 1 railroad partners to manage automotive distribution facilities. In this position, you will receive hands-on training on how to safely load, unload, inspect, shuttle, and park new vehicles on rail or in bay. You will also assist in switching operations where you will learn railroad conducting. This role offers the opportunity to be trained and certified to operate locomotives, enhancing your skills and career prospects. The work schedule is full-time, with a start time of 8 AM and continuing until the end of production. Please note that there is no part-time availability at this time. Company-paid travel will be required occasionally, and you must be able to work weekends, holidays, and irregular hours as needed. The position requires working in all weather conditions, ensuring that you are prepared for the physical demands of the job.
