About The Position

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills ⦁ Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for: ⦁ Claims intake, adjudication, and settlement ⦁ Underwriting rules, risk scoring, and policy issuance ⦁ Build reusable components for UI, API, and data validation testing. Roles & Responsibilities ⦁ 4-7 years of experience in test automation as an SDET in Commercial Insurance domain. ⦁ Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or C#. ⦁ Experience with automation tools like Selenium, RestAssured, Postman, TestNG, or Cypress. ⦁ Hands-on experience with API testing, database validation, and performance testing. ⦁ Familiarity with commercial insurance systems and workflows. ⦁ Good exposure to Gen AI, LLMs ⦁ Act as the primary point of contact for testing leadership during transition. ⦁ Develop and execute stakeholder engagement plans, ensuring transparent communication and alignment with project goals. ⦁ Facilitate governance forums, workshops, and strategic connects to drive consensus and resolve conflicts ⦁ Risk & Compliance - Identify transition risks and develop mitigation plans. ⦁ Ensure all testing artifacts, environments, and tools are transitioned securely and compliantly. ⦁ Support audit and compliance teams with required documentation. ⦁ Metrics & Reporting - Define KPIs for transition success (e.g., defect leakage, test coverage, KT effectiveness). ⦁ Provide weekly dashboards and executive summaries to customer and internal leadership.

Requirements

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for Claims intake, adjudication, and settlement
