Requirements

No minimum education required
2+ years experience of industrial and facility maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and maintaining industrial equipment
Familiarity with safety standards and regulations
Working knowledge of manufacturing machines.
Ability to identify issues and repairs that are needed
Knowledge in computers and basic software applications

Nice To Haves

High School Diploma or GED
CNC or robotic programming experience
Microsoft applications i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access

Responsibilities

Adjust programming and perform calibration on automation equipment, maximizing equipment runtimes.
Support production needs, ensure completion of all equipment corrective work orders, troubleshoot and repair complex equipment failures.
Mentor and train operators and maintenance technicians on use of automation equipment
Perform preventative maintenance procedures on robotic systems at set intervals.
Conduct equipment automation failure analysis, determine failure root causes.
Troubleshoot basic errors of robots and resolve.
Perform and assist in the repair and maintenance of robotic weld equipment.
Assist in creating preventive maintenance work orders checklists to improve and maximize overall equipment usage.
Assist other technicians doing preventive maintenance on complex equipment.
Utilize maintenance management system to perform work (e.g. record work history, identify parts usage) in a timely and effective manner.
Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.
Protect Chamberlain Group’s and Systems’ reputation by keeping information confidential.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.
