Experience with assembly automation, including robotic arms, automated guided vehicles (AGVs), and conveyor systems. Knowledge of packaging automation, including automated packaging machinery, case erectors, palletizers, and stretch wrap machines. Expertise in electrical automation, including the design and implementation of control systems, sensors, and actuators to monitor and regulate electrical processes Familiarity with electrical circuits, power systems, and control theory to create customized automation solutions Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, Groovy, and JavaScript. Knowledge of network protocols and communication standards (e.g., TCP/IP, SNMP). Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, VMware). Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. Expertise in PLC programming and SCADA systems. Experience with PID tuning, HMI development, and industrial networking. Knowledge of AutoCAD Electrical and LabVIEW. Familiarity with data connectivity, including data integration, data warehousing, and data visualization. Understanding of Industry 4.0 technologies such as IoT, AI, machine learning, and cyber-physical systems. Ability to align automation, control, and data connectivity strategies with business goals and objectives. Experience in analyzing business processes to identify automation and control opportunities. Understanding of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements. Capability to assess the financial trade-offs when designing and selecting automation, control, and data connectivity projects. Lead and mentor a team of junior automation, control, and data connectivity engineers. Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
