About The Position

Requirements

• Relevant experience in designing and implementing automation systems.

• Proficient in programming languages (e.g., Python, C++, ladder logic) and automation platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent technical documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Understanding of network architectures and cybersecurity practices related to automation systems.
• Willingness to travel and adapt to various working environments if necessary.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in particular industries such as aerospace, automotive, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• System Design and Development: Design and develop comprehensive automation systems that improve operational efficiency.
• Programming and Configuration: Develop and optimize code and algorithms for automation systems. Configure and program control systems such as PLCs, SCADA, and DCS. Develop user interfaces and dashboards for monitoring and control.
• Testing and Validation: Conduct comprehensive testing and validation of automation systems. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with hardware and software components.
• Documentation and Compliance: Prepare detailed documentation for system designs, configurations, and changes. Ensure systems comply with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Project Management: Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Develop project plans, timelines, and goals. Communicate progress to stakeholders and address any project-related issues.
