KI, a world class supplier of innovative and award-winning furniture solutions for business, educational, and healthcare environments, is seeking a full-time Automation Specialist to join our Green Bay manufacturing facility on our 2nd shift. 2nd shift individuals receive an hourly shift differential of $2.00. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • PC Literacy
  • Formal robot program training
  • Working in areas where it can get warm
  • Working in a smoke free environment
  • Activities including standing, walking, lifting, twisting and bending
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Willingness to assist in any given area of the plant if your area is slow

Nice To Haves

  • Mechanically inclined with previous manufacturing experience, but not required

  • Ability to follow all safety procedures

Responsibilities

  • Develop and edit robot programs.
  • Troubleshoot/rectify welding issues.
  • Identify and correct fixture and part intolerance issues.
  • Systematically continue to complete items on personal development plan. Detailed and complex electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
  • Use of pneumatic tools.
  • Work with the Maintenance team, Engineers, Managers and the Tool & Die team to implement new equipment installations.
