About The Position

Titan Machinery is seeking an Automation Specialist to design, develop, and maintain workflow automations that streamline business processes and reduce manual effort across the organization. This role plays a key part in driving efficiency and supporting operational excellence across both operational and corporate functions. Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in IT or other related degree and/or related miliary experience
  • 2+ years’ work experience troubleshooting and supporting software, systems, or network infrastructure and/or related military experience
  • Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, connectors, integrations
  • Ability to map and document business processes
  • Keen attention to detail, high level of initiative, and the ability to work independently
  • Ability to handle and resolve frequent interpersonal conflict
  • Ability to respond quickly, accurately, and professionally to demands and requests from customers and employees
  • Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong system implementation, and/or system integration experience and skills

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory experience
  • RPA exposure

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain workflow automations using the Microsoft Power Platform
  • Translate manual and repetitive workflows into efficient digital processes
  • Document business requirements, technical specifications, data mappings, and configuration details
  • Partner with internal process owners to ensure alignment and adoption
  • Collaborate with external vendors or partners to provide requirements and validate deliverables
  • Integrate automations with internal systems and relevant external platforms
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and support existing automations
  • Maintain standards for naming conventions, version control, testing, and documentation
  • Recommend process improvements, enhancements, or automation retirements
  • Support data governance and ensure data accuracy
  • Follow all company, IT, and safety policies and procedures
  • Identify and implement process improvements as part of daily work
  • Perform other duties as assigned
