This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in ensuring the quality and reliability of innovative software solutions that drive progress in a mission-driven environment. As an Automation Software Test Engineer II, you will design, implement, and maintain automated testing frameworks that support continuous integration and delivery. You’ll work closely with development, product, and quality teams to improve testing efficiency and system performance. This position requires a balance of technical expertise, analytical thinking, and attention to detail, all while contributing to the improvement of testing processes and overall product quality.

  • Design, document, execute, and maintain automated and manual test cases, scripts, and plans.
  • Develop and maintain scalable automation frameworks to support CI/CD environments.
  • Identify, track, and document software defects, collaborating with developers to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Conduct end-to-end testing, including regression, integration, and stress testing.
  • Provide mentorship to team members, sharing best practices and supporting code reviews.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on quality standards and testing priorities.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing testing accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support internal and external quality audits and assist in issue tracking and documentation management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 4 years of related professional experience, with 3+ years in automation testing for both frontend UI and backend APIs.
  • Proficiency in C# with Selenium and familiarity with tools such as GitHub (Git), SQL, Playwright, NUnit, JUnit, Taurus, JMeter, Postman, or Appium.
  • Experience with version control systems and issue-tracking tools.
  • Strong understanding of relational databases and software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
  • Experience in healthcare or clinical trial environments and familiarity with regulatory standards.
  • Competitive base salary range of $61,200 – $104,100, depending on experience and location.
