Integrate and maintain PLCs, HMIs, robotics, sensors, and control systems. Troubleshoot and optimize automated equipment to ensure maximum uptime and performance. Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to upgrade systems. Develop and maintain custom software tools, scripts, and dashboards to support manufacturing operations. Integrate automation systems with MES, ERP, SCADA, or other enterprise software platforms. Create data collection and visualization tools for process monitoring and decision-making. Document system configurations, software code, and maintenance procedures. Identify opportunities to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality through automation and software solutions. Research and recommend new technologies to support manufacturing excellence.

  • Research and recommend new technologies to support manufacturing excellence.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of experience in industrial automation, control systems, or software engineering in a manufacturing environment
  • Proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens or equivalent).
  • Experience with SCADA, MES, and HMI design and configuration.
  • Familiarity with database systems (SQL, MySQL) and data analytics tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of robotics integration and machine vision systems (preferred).
