As an Automation Requirements Integration Lead Associate, you will play a critical role in defining, validating, and integrating requirements for the FAA’s most important automation systems within the National Airspace System (NAS). These systems—including ERAMS, STARS, ATOP, MEARTS, and TFMS—are essential to the safety, reliability, and efficiency of air travel nationwide. In this role, you will collaborate directly with FAA stakeholders, engineers, and program teams to ensure requirements are accurate, traceable, and fully aligned with mission objectives. You’ll also provide leadership to small teams, guiding analysts and engineers in building the next generation of air traffic automation capabilities.
