About The Position

The Automation Operations Support Associate provides essential support to the Automation operations team, ensuring smooth project execution and contributing to overall operational efficiency. This role is an entry-level opportunity with potential development into additional roles within the automation teams.

Requirements

No Prior experience required
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Strong attention to detail.
Reliable and organized; ability to manage multiple tasks and complete assignments on time.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with common Windows Office applications.
A strong desire to learn and develop new skills in a technical environment.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and written.

Responsibilities

Accurately gather, organize, and package components and materials for various automation projects (kitting).
Operate specialized printers to produce high-quality phenolic labels and "chiclets" for control panels and systems, including managing print queues, loading materials, and performing basic printer maintenance.
Provide general administrative and logistical support to the operations team, which may include organizing inventory, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, assisting with shipping and receiving, and other tasks as needed.
Actively developing knowledge of automation systems, components, and processes, understanding the purpose of parts and their fit into larger systems.
