About The Position

The Automation Operations Specialist is responsible for the daily operations, maintenance, and continuous improvement of client storefronts, order automation processes, and fulfillment systems. This role serves as a key bridge between clients and cross-functional teams, ensuring accurate data flow and efficient order processing. In this role, you’ll manage automation workflows, storefront configurations, and order and inventory coordination while supporting reporting, billing, and system enhancements. Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Support, monitor, and troubleshoot automation workflows that move data and orders between storefronts, order management, and fulfillment systems; escalate complex issues as needed.
  • Collaborate with systems and automation leads to build, refine, and enhance automation processes and new automation initiatives.
  • Own the daily operation, maintenance, and configuration of client storefronts, including active, low-usage, and archived sites.
  • Configure, update, and maintain storefront products, users, inventory, pricing, and features to ensure accurate ordering, previewing, routing, and fulfillment.
  • Serve as the primary operational point of contact for client inquiries related to storefronts, special orders, inventory, fulfillment requirements, and automation-supported ordering.
  • Address client issues and participate in client scoping discussions that require customized solutions, non-standard workflows, or storefront and automation expertise.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Fulfillment, Receiving, Shipping, Development, and Digital Printing to support client-specific solutions and ensure orders are accurately routed, produced, and delivered.
  • Identify gaps in processes, documentation, or system behavior and proactively recommend improvements.
  • Support project-based initiatives, including storefront upgrades, feature implementations, and automation expansion.
  • Participate in ongoing training and skill development related to storefront platforms, systems, and automation tools.
