Job Description: Lead will oversee shift operations for 2nd shift Sumner, Texas PJ facility. This individual will maintain all safety, quality, and production standards, in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

3-5 years production supervisor experience.
Experience managing 15-25 employees.
Must exercise continuous leadership to focus plant efforts on priorities.
High School Diploma or G.E.D. Equivalent

Responsibilities

Coordinate final assembly activities with Plant manager to ensure 2nd shift objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Monitor performance for production and quality standards.
Promotes a positive safety culture at all times.
Provides direction and leadership to personnel.
Participation in Lean Manufacturing efforts & initiatives.
Must focus on customers' expectations, prevent problems, and strive for continuous improvement resulting in improved results for themselves, customers and other employees.
