About The Position

Automation Infrastructure Engineer The Opportunity: As the Automation Infrastructure Engineer for our Robotic Process Automation (RPA) team, you will be a key member and primary administrator of our UiPath environment and part of an exciting and dynamic team delivering mission solutions to our clients. As part of this role, you will be responsible for the design, deployment, and ongoing operational maintenance of the UiPath Platform, including Automation Suite, Orchestrator, bot deployment, and High Availability patching and add-ons, hosted on AWS infrastructure. You will bridge the gap between traditional IT infrastructure and specialized RPA needs to ensure the environment is resilient and scalable. What You’ll Work On: Design and maintain the AWS environment for UiPath using services like EC2, EKS for Automation Suite, RDS for SQL, and S3. Manage the installation, patching, and version upgrades of UiPath Orchestrator and Robot nodes. Monitor system health and performance and implement auto-scaling for robots to meet varying business workloads. Implement identity and access management (IAM), handle SSL certificate management, and ensure the environment meets security standards. Manage backups, high availability configurations, and recovery procedures to minimize downtime. Collaborate with developers and our clients to troubleshoot production issues related to infrastructure, connectivity, or environment configurations. Join us. The world can’t wait.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), including VPC networking, security groups, and compute services
  • 3+ years of experience with UiPath infrastructure components such as Orchestrator or Automation Suite
  • 3+ years of experience with database management, including administering Microsoft SQL Server and PostgreSQL
  • Experience deploying Infrastructure as Code (IaC) in tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation to manage environment consistency
  • Experience with operating systems, including Windows Server and Linux Administration
  • Experience administering systems using Kubernetes and EKS
  • Public Trust
  • Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science field

  • Experience working for federal clients
  • Possession of excellent communication skills
  • UiPath Infrastructure Engineer Certification
