Requirements

• Expertise in automation, engineering, assembly, and electrical systems.
• Proficiency in mechanical and electromechanical systems.
• Experience in machine building and understanding automated equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and pneumatic/hydraulic schematics.

Nice To Haves

• Associate degree in Engineering Technology, Automated Systems & Robotics, or equivalent preferred.
• Hands-on experience with power and hand tools, specialized tooling, and mechanics.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work well both individually and in teams.
• Willingness to travel by air or car (estimated 10% maximum).
• Authorization to work permanently in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead the mechanical and electrical assembly of custom-designed equipment.
• Conduct field wiring, alignment, and setup of automated solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Utilize hand tools and read SolidWorks prints for mechanical tasks.
• Perform electrical panel wiring/building and understand schematics.
• Troubleshoot PLCs and address any technical issues.
