Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering required.
• Automation experience required.
• 3 years of management/leadership experience required.
• Design for manufacturability experience required.
• Good PC skills in CAD, ERP system(s), Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Experience with ISO13485 or GMP compliance in a medical manufacturing environment.

Nice To Haves

• Process design experience in a medical device environment preferred.
• Rotary converting experience preferred.
• Sheet converting experience preferred.
• Coating experience preferred.
• Lean/Six Sigma training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drives technical growth of associates through guidance, knowledge sharing, and fostering collaboration.
• Shares discoveries, improvements, and other ideas to benefit engineering team and business.
• Acts as lead engineer on projects requiring high creativity, innovation, and experience.
• Drives new process technologies and enhancements to expand our capabilities, aligned with market needs.
• Creates automation solutions to meet the capacity, precision, and efficiency needs, cost effectively either on their own or through collaboration and support of team members.
